This is the nicer of the houses wqe looked at today. The yard is fully landscaped in front and back. It did have a nice alarm system and lots of storage. There is a large garage with a work space attached. Both the garage and the workshop have electric heaters. There are 2 small building is the back yard. One looks like it was a dog house or had some type of animal in it and the other had storage spaces built into it. There are nice hardwoods under the carpets. There is a large kitchen with very nice cabinets and tile. There are both gas and electric hook ups for the stove. There is a full bathroom and a half bath on the other side of the house. The full bath also has nice tile and has a full jetted bathtub.

1381 Lima

This house is ok. It is an older house that could use some updating. It does have a gas stove in the kitchen and decent hardwoods underneath the carpets. It does have a new fuirnace and a good water heater. It has a partial basement that is fully finished as a mother in law apartment. It has a full kitchen with gas hook ups for the stove, 2 noncomforming bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs. There is also a decent sized living area both upstairs and down. The neighborhood is not the best. It is next door to a small apartment building and there are some houses that appear to be abandoned across the street, tho Janay did see toys outside of one.

2224 Florence

This is my favorite house right now. It's got alot of room, a nice downstairs with a second bathroom. It does have a garage that we werent able to look in. This one is listed as a bank approved short sale. Rich is going to be talking to the selling agent to make sure that the short sale is actually approved. It is currently full of garbage that would need to be cleaned out, and i think the refirgirator is a complete loss. Rich said it was still of food.

1305 Dallas

This is a really nice HUD home. It doesnt go into investor bids until 12/7/08. Rich doesnt think it will make it that far and i tend to agree. Despite the fact that it looks like its from the 60s it is in really good shape, but would need major updating. It does have a sprinkler system and an alarm system, but I didn't see a dryer vent. It does have really nie hardwood floors under the shag carpeting.

This is a house we looked at before. It went under contract on Oct 16 and back on the market on Nov 13. It has an interesting sun room type addition in the front of the house. The kitchen would have to be completely gutted and redone and the bathroom has alot of mold above the shower.

More Houses

There were a couple more houses that we looked at that were good on the inside but the roofs would need to be completely redone, so I didnt include pictures of them today.
