Front yard had sod at one point but it's all pretty much dead now.
Bedroom in basement, it is non conforming because the window is not big enough to escape
Very nice kitchen!! Didn't have a fridge but we have one anyway :0)
Living room looking toward the hall that leads to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The doorway has the same arched shape as the one in my house to the hall.
